Accessibility Statement

Kidstrument wants the public website to be usable by as many people as possible. This statement covers the public marketing website at www.kidstrument.co.uk and explains our current accessibility position, known limitations and contact routes.

Status

Compliance status

The public marketing website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. The site has been rebuilt recently and the public pages are being reviewed as the core conversion and product pages are completed.

This statement is informational and is not a legal guarantee of full compliance. A full accessibility audit has not yet been completed.

Target standard

We use WCAG 2.2 AA as the reference standard for public website accessibility work.

Current review

Rebuilt public pages are being checked and improved as product and support content is completed.

Reported barriers

Accessibility issues reported by users will be prioritised and reviewed by the Kidstrument team.

Scope

What this statement covers

This statement applies to the public marketing website at www.kidstrument.co.uk.

It does not cover the private teacher app, Moodle content, third-party services, external websites, downloaded files or embedded media supplied by other providers.

Known limitations

What we are still reviewing

Some rebuilt pages may still need further manual testing with assistive technologies, keyboard-only navigation and browser zoom.

Some older legal, support and policy pages were recreated during the site rebuild and may need further content review.

Some videos, screenshots or product media may not yet have the same level of accessible alternative content as the core page text.
